I think Midlo played Indian River in that playoffs. I saw plenty of Midlo in my youth back then, and Zo was just a men among boys. Thought the same way with Tony Massenburg just a few years before that.
It could be a reason the arena is in pretty good shape. Even before the renovation the building had good bones and the seats weren't worn out. It was just dated. The Siegel Center is used for everything under the sun and it shows.
Speaking of the Siegel Center, they ask people to pay thousands of dollars for season tickets and man their seats are tight if you are over 6 feet tall.
Watching the TBT with the bleachers rolled up on the one side reminded of what a high school look and feel that place actually has.
Sounds great! Are the early games on TV usually? I've been playing basketball since сollege and I'm actually a huge fan of this sport. I'm 40 now and have 2 kids, but that doesn't stop me from playing a couple of games with my friends on weekends. The only thing that has changed is that now I get tired much faster and sometimes my whole body hurts after a match)) And now, after the game, I want to get home quickly and put on my elbow sleeve, and not go hang out with friends like 20 years ago. In general, I began to notice that recently watching basketball on TV gives me more pleasure than playing. I guess I'm too old.
