These Seniors Gave Their All

Each of the team's seniors gave their all to this team. Golden has a near death experience and plays an additional 4 years. Cayo scored 1,000 points. Sherrod`s playing days are over. Francis broke his sternum last year and was hurt in a way that may never play again. They have shown courage and character. This band of brothers fought, worked, and overcome long odds. These guys have given their all. They should be commended.

I agree. Let's not tear these guys down. They have been through a lot together and things aren't ending how they hoped and expected. It's hard not to feel bad for them.

If one of the coaches hadn't brought on the last COVID pause they might be in a far less desperate of a position the last couple of weeks. They know it and i'm sure it crushes them.

The way they played for him (or didn't) down the stretch, I wouldn't be surprised if they bought the next billboard. It appears based on body language and reading between the lines that this team is done and ready to move on.
