Spiders vs. Elon

Great play by #37 the true freshman. And long the play call going deep right after. KL throws such an amazing deep ball.

Griff kicks another and then limps off of field -- his foot must really be giving him some issues

We have our starting running backs making tackles on kick offs now. Geez

looked like a pretty good tackle to me -- but he was recrutied as a DB

Is it his foot or hip? I can't tell. He is stretching all the time and riding the bike.

Short yardage. They can convert as their online moves guys. Our oline only pass protects.

Peter O'Toole said it best in The Gardener, "...our defense would be better if we could tackle."
So much for the playoffs.

This team hasn't improved in any part of the game in 4 games. Looks like it's going to be a long season unless the coaches figure something out.

Ya our season is done. Say goodbye to the playoffs. Looks like Huesman isn't too good a coach. No reason that with our talent we should be losing to Elon. If Huesman can't win with the loaded roster we have than he is a terrible coach.

We were dominated on both lines tonight. You can't win if that happens.

We turned it over 4 times. You can't win if that happens.

We lost on merit. We are not very good right now. Hope it's still adjusting to new staff, but we have no more room for error. Need to win 'me all until, the killer stretch at the end and then go 2-1 in that stretch and hope by playoffs we have found our game.

Great passing game. Thought we would have an extremely credible running game this year to complement Lauletta given the returning backs. Have to think it is the line and/or the scheme. Have seen many teams that are so oriented to one phase of the offense that the other falls apart. Being as I have not seen them in person this year, is this true with us?

We had 580 total yards offense and scored 33 points. No excuse in losing that game. Though there were offensive issues, this loss falls squarely on the shoulders of the defense.
