I think gipe has been the main guy for at least a couple years. I’ve seen others thank him rather than CM.
Yep. I'm not sure it matters who they thank. Some might talk to Gipe 95% of the time and then Mooney gives them the call to offer so they thank Mooney. And others might talk to Mooney more. I doubt anything has changed with Mooney's involvement.
I think the question is whether Mooney gives all of the offers or does Gipe do some himself, and if it’s the latter does that mean anything in terms of recruit priority or whatever.
I get thanking both Mooney and Gipe in situations where Gipe has been the main contact and Mooney has mainly come in as the closer with the offer as head honcho, but in situations where the guy only thanks Gipe, did the offer come from Mooney or Gipe?
In football, it feels like it’s mostly assistants making the offers, though I think I’ve seen a few that seem to have come from Russ. But of course football has many more offers going out.

Moesch got the offer directly from Mooney. it's probably not important to most, but if I'm a recruit ... even if almost all of my conversations were with Gipe, I think the head coach should be making the offer.

100% you want the offer coming from the head coach if you are a recruit. And even if Gipe is the guy doing most of the talking, the player is gonna want to have some time with the head coach. Every player knows the head coach is the one making the decisions.
Nowadays don’t you want the offer coming from the head of NIL?
“Mediocre convo with Mooney and Giper, but strong ass offer from Queally means I’m coming to Richmond University” feels like it would happen here
