At 6-5 Dobbins was one hell of a defensive player with unparalleled qucknesss and tenacity-just like the Celts.Followed his All Met exploits at Maret in DC.Big add for UR when he transferred from VT.

I don’t give much heat to our PR like others do on the typos but geez this feels worse. Plus Buck status was talked about on the board & in skrocki interview during 20th celebration of 2004 team that undoubtedly PR was involved in. Buck has always been unsung imo tho.

Congrats of course to the great Tony D too who has paid his dues with Celtics. We know his story a little more.

I’ve had a lot of Spiders favs (including Gerald Jarmon, the Goose & more) but think still put Buck #1. Here’s good long background article, mainly on his time in Germany. Buck always likable & personable but also showed that tenacity early on at Richmond. As a redshirt he was right in the middle of the Xavier hallway locker room postgame fight at Robins.
