I think Ulna is right. The university should promote Mooney not fire him. After they (very reluctantly) tell him he would have to relinquish the head basketball coaching position, he would be promoted to the position of Official Greeter for the University. As such all he would have to do to greet all the visitors who came here by shaking their....... no, wait.............

Apparently a lot less than I expected. He was not listed on our 990 form for the 2013 calendar year as one of our top compensated employees. The lowest compensated employee who was shown earned $217,000. So Gill made less than that in 2013, at least. I would have guessed $300,000 or so, if not more.

Technically it doesn't have to be everyone - usually it's top 5 or so plus other key positions. Why AD isn't a key position I don't know, but it might not be.
