Good pickups. Highly HS ranked. Our OL needed more depth and size. Agree could use a few more transfers on the defensive side.
Did not realize O'Haire was transferring out (and up). He's still on the UR 2025 roster.

That might be the worst loss of all, that guy is a weapon. It would not surprise me at all to find out he got a pretty good payday for the move.

That’s why it’s really not tampering. We need a different word for it. There r no rules. There is no investigation or voiding. Kids get offered $ to leave. That’s the current setup.
If I were Russ I don’t think I’d cry about this specific case publicly so much. But that’s Russ. can’t be a surprise to him. I don’t mind saying the overall system sucks because it does. Tho that would have been a less interesting read.

I don't always love everything that Russ does as we all can be second guessed about our actions in the heat of battle, but I truly respect him as a straight shooter. This man is a competitor that calls it as he sees it and is not going to back down from a fight. I truly believe he coaches in the same manner and brings a toughness to our football program that I appreciate.
as a foreign student idk what his tax liability would be but regardless he wouldn't need to file until 2026. & he's not getting that 50k as a signing bonus either.
