Roster 25-26

Would be huge if they can be impact players. I liked the looks of them coming in last year, and was really frustrated that they redshirted. Then, as poorly as we played last year, I went from excitement about them to concern because I wondered how or why they couldn't even be good enough as freshmen to be part of the rotation. I was even thinking McGlothin could possibly start last year because the wing spot was wide open for someone to grab. This year, it is wide open again. Maybe he is ready to grab it.

Which freshman are you talking about? It would be really good to start getting some freshmen in here who can play right away.
I am not going to go into a lot of detail VT4700. I only mentioned the above, because of your post that I was responding to questioned how good last year's red shirt freshman were. CM has been a straight shooter with the NIL group and he would not have complemented them if he didn't mean it.

This past season was very disappointing, but after our last NIL call I am fairly optimist on next year. We are adding a lot of good players and I believe the school is committed to having good basketball program.

The NIL group is always looking for additional members. If anyone is interest in learning more, I would be happy to make an intro.

I'm wrong about a lot of things. but unless you say you know some people, I'm going to assume I've talked to more people who know recruiting than you.
Wow. Okay. And, yes, I know plenty of people. I will admit I was wrong in thinking you would admit you were wrong last year with your "we are done recruiting guards" comments after we brought Bizjack in for a visit. But, nope, crickets from you.

Or, maybe with your " we will always have 3 guys to play the 5" comments. Nope, u used 100 pound, undersized Sal as your example when I mentioned those years. This year, u again said we were done with guards and needed a 3rd 5. You said we would replace Soulis' spot with a big because in your mind we always replace a specific spot for a specific spot. When we got Lopez, did that cause u to admit u might be wrong? Nope, u said 6'7 Daughtry played the 5 a little last year, so that means we have our 3rd big and also justified your we are done recruiting guards comments by saying Lopez is really a 3. LOL. Proven wrong twice here, and can't admit it.

Then, this year, u went on your "coaches don't recruit over transfers" rampage. Even though I showed examples of us doing just that, still nothing from u. So, today, I actually posted the Miles transfer info thinking that might finally at least get a "okay, 4700, I guess it does happen" reply, but, nope, u just can't go there.

So, I give up. I now know u will never admit you were wrong about this, and I will apologize for dragging it out this long with my posts today. I really thought the facts I presented today on Miles would make it a quick one and done post about it, but I was wrong.

Who cares!

Who cares!
I guess u do, since u read the post, copied the post, and commented on it? And, obviously I was specifically talking with Sman here, who I do enjoy posting with. Wasn't talking to u or anyone else.

So, I give up.

Curious if the abject disaster of last season has caused anyone from the NIL group to drop out or drop their donation amounts?
