We are all Spiders and share a love for our basketball team. We should show respect for divergent views. Personal attaches are a characteristic of immaturity and reflect poorly on us as Spider alumni. We need to do better.

I’d like us to put the ball in Burton’s hands so he can personally attack the basket tonight down the stretch
I'll go a step futher - put the coaching tonigh in Burton's hands so he can direct the team to a victory.
I want the ball in Golden's hands down the stretch (of course he has to be in the game, and Mooney usually has him on the bench). He is not the best defender, but he damn sure can score. When I really need a bucket, Golden first option. I'm on board with Gilyard shooting it if he is open. Crabtree coming through with a needed bucket would not shock me. Wouldn't mind giving Bailey a shot. He strikes me as ready to break out (and as one that can get it done). Bailey hasn't had the chance yet, but I think his day is coming.
I want it in the hands of anyone capable of making a foul shot or two. Who the hell is that these dsys? Burton?
if we base our end of game lineup on foul shooting, we don't even have 5 guys to put on the floor!
