Seems like some good coaches based on what I’m reading. I like that Taylor has experience with huesman having his first OC role, and taylor seems like a guy who enjoys coaching which could bring some emotional spark to the WRs.

I understand your point, but we have a winning program and not concerned with playing other
FCS programs. The football coach is looking at the football team and not the size of the school.
The point is we recognize quality coaches and bring them in and when they move up we are replacing them with the right people to maintain a winning program. Kudos to Coach Huesman and Coach Wood for maintaining this winning culture and the expectation of both coach and player development at the FCS level. I appreciate the fact that our coaches and players are of the quality that they have options as it means we are brining the right people into our program. I am even more impressed that we have been able to reload the last several years to maintain our level of success. Hopefully that continues in a new conference.

I could be wrong, but I believe it was the opportunity to work with Mike London.
If you attended the games, it was obvious that Huesman and October just did not work well with each other. Constantly arguing and disagreeing on play calling and decisions. It was best that no longer exists. The real answer will be how October preforms as OC At W&M and how our play calling works at UR! We will miss his recruiting and relationships with the players.🕸️🕷️🏈
