Spiders are #1 in the country, giving up 7.71 goals per game. Individually, Vigue leads the country in both goals-against average (6.88) and save percentage (.673).
Spiders are also #3 in scoring margin at 8.14 and #7 in scoring at 15.86 per game.

The Spiders have crushed the opponents they have been favored against and have impressed in the losses to some of the nation’s elite.
But at some point, that’s not enough.
Richmond did well to hold Duke’s high-powered offense to four first-half goals, but manufactured only two themselves during that span and just three overall. Michael Farrell, Nate Murphy, and Hunter Smith deserve a lot of praise for putting together the second-ranked defense (8.25 GAA), as well as one of the best defensive coordinators around in Paul Richards.
There’s still hope for one last upset chance before conference play. The Spiders welcome Georgetown to one of the most vibrant home-field atmospheres in the game right now on Saturday…”
