Joe made passes today with zip and authority, English lack. But we need a bruising runner like Vaughan or Hightower that can penetrate the middle for a few yards. Our QB should not be our primary short yardage back. We survived Q1 and won the rest.

Mancuso managed offensive game well today with no fumbles,no picks,no penalties by his linemen.

Good job, Spiders. I didn't see this one coming today. We are taking care of the football and really limiting our penalties..you can win a lot of games that way.

I didn't see us at 2-1 in the league at this point. Credit to our staff for keeping the wheels from falling off and the players for 'staying the course'.

Great win. Defense got it done again. Offense did what they needed to do to win. No penalties and no turnovers was huge. Obviously, Maine missed their QB but a win is a win.

I still have big concerns that we cannot run the ball.

Really like Lawson, great find, but why talk down on a former player that is in ou record book. Griffin may not have had a strong leg but he was dead accurate from 40yds in. Could have done much worse for a kid that started his career as a third string walk-on kicker.
