I think you’re being pretty scattershot in your assessment and as such, unrealistic. UR is not going to do wholesale swaps on either people or philosophy on what constitutes the entirety of its staff if they were to follow your above diagnosis.

it doesn’t require massive change to yield a substantial benefit, it’s the 1 degree rule of change. Find a better coach, it’s really that simple.
