I was just able to catch up with Jordan Payne.

• UR had initially contacted him a few months ago.
• Was a Sparky Woods target.
• Played with Kevin Johnson at Pace Academy, where he was the starting RB as a sophomore and Kevin was the starting QB.
• Had his unofficial for the JMU game.
