H U G E offseason

I predict your optimism will be met with ridicule and fire mooney responses

Maybe they are going to establish some accountable goals for the program that they will articulate publicly to our stakeholders. :D

We will have all excellent practices, no matter what the record is.
Awww, the offseason, where we will discuss all of the great recruits that we offer and then watch them go elsewhere, only to have us sign some kid that was never discussed and has 2 other mid major offers.

Did they have the inflatable sumo suit gig for any halftime shows this year? If not, maybe they are announcing this offseason for next year.

Maybe HUGE was their hidden message that Bryce was getting released from Pitt today, and coming to us....:D

Huge is vague.

that would be huge, and it would shut down the FMM twitter account for 6 months. win-win.

Pretty sure nothing this offseason is going to happen on the court.
But something could happen this offseason that has a more direct impact to next season's performance than the Practice Facility will...

Just a few weeks ago a $15 million practice facility was announced. I would consider that huge.

Has there been any announcement about the campaign to raise the $7.5 million that apparently has to be funded by alumni? Or anything at all about the next steps to getting started building.

"HUGE Off Season"

I think it is deja poo - we have heard this crap before.

Came out the beginning of this season giving up 49 in the first half to Delaware (14-19 and tied for last in the CAA) followed by giving up 50 in the first half to Jacksonville State. Whatever they worked on during the off season apparently did not include defense.

Virginia gave up 53 in second half to UMBC Golden Retrievers.

We gave up 51 in the second half against St Bonny, our last game, while allowing them to shoot 58%. We are not going Dancing anytime soon unless the defense drastically improves.
