The RTD is reporting that Bruce will have a large say in the new HC for the Redskins. Also he will take over a greater say in the player selection. All Spider fans will have to root for Bruce.

being an old guy myself, hope Bruce will select a younger guy this time. boy, do the REDSKINS need to get lucky this time with this selection and certainly Bruce can do better, hopefully, than snyder has done when he chose head men. good luck buddy.......

Allen sure has seemed like a puppet for most of his time there. I think Shanahan had autonomy on most of the decisions that were made. Guess we'll get to see what Allen is made of!
