If this poll was done before the George Mason final four run, which was then followed by such great runs as Wichita State, Butler, Davidson, and VCU - I would say we deserve to be in the final four because of our history making upsets as a 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th seed. Unfortunately - all those teams mentioned above made it much further - final fours and national title games - so its a hard argument. Do you take a the team that made one or two very deep runs in the tourney. Or a team that has a history of upsets, but mainly in the first round?
