I would say the one who is least proud of our military is Trump. He's called the soldiers who died defending our country "suckers and losers" and asked "What was in it for them?". The estimated cost for this parade is up to $45 million, meanwhile Trump is cutting VA services. I'm sure Trump is proud of his birthday parade though, he can now compete with Putin and other dictators. He even got a birthday call from Putin, while last night 60 veterans, including an 87 year old veteran in a wheelchair, were arrested for protesting the parade.
