At one point in the 4Q, Andrew Clyde really changed the game. He pushed Colgate back, single-handedly.

CAA Football Co-Defensive Player of the Week
Andrew Clyde, Jr., DL, Richmond (Dallas, Texas/Highland Park)

Clyde recorded a career-high 10 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and two pass breakups in Richmond’s 20-17 win at No. 25 Colgate. One of the junior’s deflections resulted in an interception and he helped force a three-and-out with a sack, a breakup and a TFL which set up UR’s game-winning drive.

Amazing what switching from a 3-4 to 4-2-5 has done for Andrew Clyde. He has been outstanding since he arrived on campus, but this defense fully utilizes his skill set. The Colgate guards will be thankful they don't have to face Clyde again this season.
