Thanks. Just to clarify, you just went researching something to tell me that the chance is 2% instead of 1%?
Haha, I didn't know it would be a 2% chance until I finished the calculations!

100% better than 1% chance.Haha, I didn't know it would be a 2% chance until I finished the calculations!
Fan1, if Marshall hits his 3's, the Spiders will be dangerous. Roll Spide! OSCbet the ranch -- Ulla's ranch that is
How much credibility can you give the author of this article when he says that the Dukes also could steal the NCAA bid? FunnySome consider us as a dark horse to win the tournament. We could win it all, but we could also lose our first game. Who knows

We are definitely a "Dark House", the lights have been turned off that's for sure, and no one is defending it.I never said it was credible. Just wanted to inform you that some regard us as a dark house. We are the type of team that could win the whole thing or the type of team to lose the first game. I think the latter is more likely...
Where's Dr Phil when you need him!At least we are not a senior laden team that has been pointing to this year for the last couple years as our year. Again though, totally not Mooney's fault, he has the program right where it needs to be.
I'm trying to say that 10 times daily so maybe one of these days I can convince myself that this is indeed the case.

I agree, but we sure did play post season a lot more.I would hate going back to a one bid league.
Oh heck yes, we would be at the Elmer's or Purina factory. If we were a horse, someone would have put us out of our misery a long time ago.
Not pre or post Tarrant...gotta look at the full spectrum brother.I agree, but we sure did play post season a lot more.
From the A-10 board, if there is a 4-way tie:
VCU 2-1 against the others (beat SJU and SBU would have to lose to UD)
SBU 3-2 against the others (lost to VCU, beat SJU twice, beat UD)
UD is 2-2 against the others (beat VCU, lost to SJU and split with SBU)
SJU is 1-3 against the others (lost o VCU, lost twice to SBU and beat UD)
that would give: 1. VCU 2. SBU 3. UD 4. SJU
A potential match-up with VCU could happen again. Would be great if beating them knocked them out of getting into the NCAA tournament
2% !!!! In my estimation that is high. About 8:00pm tonight most of you will agree.2% shot of winning our conference tournament, we are right where we need to be as a program. So...your're telling me there's a chance! YES!
Fordham has won 4 straight. They are peaking at the right time. I'm worried about this game
Also hard to beat a team 3 times in one year. Look what happened to us versus Broad St. U last year. Of course, if we beat Fordham and if we get VCU, maybe payback to BSU will be worth the wait.Fordham has won 4 straight. They are peaking at the right time. I'm worried about this game
St Joe is screwing the pooch at home. Down 76-70 at home with 30 seconds left to Duquense. Mediocre Conference!!
Looks like a sign of mediocrity to me. I have seen all these teams play.Maybe when our good teams lose to other teams in the conference it is a sign of the strength and not weakness?
Again the former A10 leader's best ooc win is Middle Tennessee. OSCLooks like a sign of mediocrity to me. I have seen all these teams play.
Yes, they likely will be omitted if they lose before the finals. The committee values out of conference wins. OSCVoted for 1. Thinking positive and never know what can happen with a team if it gets HOT from the outside no matter how poor the D. Just looked at the bracket and those guys across town I think made out well in the lower end of the bracket.
Since UR hasn't fared well this year didn't look at RPI rankings much. Just noticed now Dayton, Joe's and Bonny look good for bids. Those other guys across town not ranked that high and haven't beaten anybody outside of conference. Played quality opponents but all losses. Could possibly they get omitted from an at-large if they lose Friday?
If it is a second loss to UMass, then it is a distinct possibility.Voted for 1. Thinking positive and never know what can happen with a team if it gets HOT from the outside no matter how poor the D. 4.2% chance of UR not showing up for second game after beating Fordham? Sick maybe?KenPom seems to have an interesting prediction. He gives us a 65% chance of beating Fordham, but only a 60.8% chance of making it to the next game.
