I put Dayton and VCU on equal footing of stature in the conference, I know Dayton has lost quite a bit more games than they expected this season but still. How were we able to hang with Dayton in their arena and playing VCU we look like we need our diaper changed.

I think we were in still in good shape even had we lost. Tho an early quarterfinal a10 loss maybe sweating. & perhaps what u meant. But beyond a loss here & in quarterfinals I felt good.

Doesn’t matter now we’re in for sure. Congrats Ladies!

Rick, exactly my thought. On a leafy campus with 3,000 folks about, you couldn't find a WebstUR backup?

In fairness, VCU guy did a great job, was involved, energetic and kid friendly. We spoke for quite a while, just found it surreal that our mascot was from an arch rival. Says something about our school that is uncomfortable to me.

Not that this game matters at all, but about to go 0-4 in OT games this year. Lost several more close possession games in regulation this year too. Complete 180 in terms of clutchness compared to last years team

Curious to see what the decision is on the 15 person roster limit. Common sense says no more walk ons, but wonder if Mooney will feel obligated to keep the existing ones around until they graduate

B Artis is not good and should only shoot if wide open (and maybe not even then, unless it’s a layup). 26% from 3 on the year and 34% overall, extremely bad. Understand injuries have affected the guard rotation but at this point I’d even consider giving Graham a look instead.
