It is so bad and worst of all, perhaps too generic? A modernized and IBM wannabe doesn't really make sense for a literal Founding Father Patriot. Everything about it is so basic, what would set apart that commuter school from others?

I could literally make that logo in under 90 seconds in Adobe Illustrator. They need to fire whoevers idea that was. Almost as bad as the "Richmond Real" logo crap Stoney spent a half mil on.

I don’t know. I think adding the UR to the image of the spider is pretty awful.

The logo looks like a pop up ad that would spam you for years if you click on it.

Not making the G distinctive is also really awful.

Also, it appears that they just filed for the trademark for this on March 8 of this year so it won’t be examined until the end of the year.

I would not be surprised if they get opposed to its registration from one or more trademark owners who use “GM” in some capacity in the applied-for classes.

Hopefully they did their legal research before spending all their money on that so-called design.

There's a logo I can get behind. Maybe I should trademark that one myself.
