Melville is a much better,much more diverse QB than Carbone of SBU.Carbone had an above average throwing day against us.Carbone had his way with us.Melville is a close facsimile of Robertson of Nova.Colgate's RB's can run as well as can Melville.Holland at 5-9,200 ran for over 100 in New Haven.Melville threw for 315 and 5 TD's and ran for 50.Maddulla is their WR gun.He caught for 150.Put Jones 1:1 on him.I'll take the 17 and Colgate.Especially after watching the Spiders continually make unforced errors and then get abused by SBU in person last week.

As it relates to the point spread of our game, i'd beware of placing too many eggs in the basket of last week's respective performances. Colgate had 15 days to prepare for Yale, after they had been hammered by Syracuse.

Good point but I would have never imagined a performance like ours last week. I hope it was an anomaly and not indicative of who we are. Colgate will be a test.

SBU was hammered 38-0 by Temple the weekend before and we hammered NSU 34-0.And that means....?

Yale had months to prepare for Colgate.It was their first game.
