there's more to it. I read Szabo had been banging on cars looking for his Uber, and when someone confronted him Szabo punched that guy in the face. Jones then did what many would do. Unfortunately Szabo hit his head on the curb and died.
I can't see a murder charge sticking, but what do I know.

Lesser charge perhaps? You can not legally slug someone for banging on your car although I agree many would be motivated in that direction.

He got out of the car and went after the guy to punch him out. Seen on video. Not good for him. Can see a second degree murder charge or manslaughter charge coming.
