About Tim Walz

No US casualties in 18 months before withdrawal.....but 13 dead at Abbey Gate on Biden's watch. A disgrace. A total disgrace that need not have happened.

That's like saying there were no terrorist deaths in the US in the 18 months before 9/11, but then 3,000 dead in NYC, NoVa and Pennsylvania on Bush's watch. A disgrace. A total disgrace that need not have happened. A total failure of Bush's intelligence services.

But I'm not playing that card. If some fanatic is going to attack, you can't stop them.

The tail between our legs withdrawal from Afghanistan encouraged our adversaries to be more aggressive. Factually, believe this beyond dispute If you have evidence to the contrary, lets hear it.

You are making this statement, the onus of proof is on you. Again, do you seriously think Russia doesn't invade Ukraine if we have 2,500 servicemen surrounded on an indefensible air base in Afghanistan?

For a guy who says he's "not defending Trump," you seem to use almost all of his talking points.

The Atlantic, in an article posted today (Why Trump's Arlington Debacle Is So Serious,) quotes Reuters as saying 11 soldiers were killed in Afghanistan during Trump's last year.

Bagram is huge, 30 square miles. Basically, a small city. Easily defensible.

The Chinese operate it now. Happy? We can differ, but I believe it was a brain dead decision....and so did DOD and our security agencies. Along with border policy, one of Biden's worst decisions.
