I watched the whole game. Great game and happy to see VCU pull it out. UR basketball is so far removed from this level of play, the speed of VCU, the physicality of Loyola and the aggressiveness and intensity of both teams. Loyola was hitting the o boards for extra shots and VCU couldn’t stop them. But VCU would counter by trying to knock the rebound to the perimeter….much like Hal Nunnally suggested to JB, keep the ball in play. No one on either team ran back down the court after one shot.
