UR v Albany In-Game Thread

Good drive, good finish -- now up to special teams and D

that was a good adjustment on a blitz but generally we don't seem to be able to cut off routes when we see the blitz coming. I'm not watching but listening.

That was the worst play calling I have seen. If we're going to give them back the ball at least make them burn some timeouts for it.

How do we not freaking run the ball when we know we have played horrible special teams this season.

So mad at the play calling at the end of regulation.

When you have given up big special teams plays all year and are in your own end of the field with 1:17 left in the game you have to be more conservative.

We were better offensively and defensively most of the game except for a few bad turnovers.

Throwing 3 straight passes and giving the ball back to Albany with 56 sec and 2 TO's on their 41 yard line was nearly a fatal mistake.

This game has been a disaster since the go ahead TD

The TV announcer thought that one was "on line" but just a little short?

Yeah, it was also 15 yards wide right, but don't let facts get in the way here.

Can't believe Albany's coach did that. Announcers have been saying all day that their kicker pretty much sucks. Looks like they were right. Not even close.

A dropped pick six and a missed field goal as time expired. Spiders are lucky to be heading into OT

OT to a team we should/could'a of beaten. we need to pull this out. 0 and 2 in conference and we're pretty done for the playoffs. Field goal pathetic.

This is not a championship team. This is a very mediocre team that will be lucky to win two more games. I am very sad, I really had my hopes up for this year. At least tailgating is fun.

Do these announcers have a pronunciation guide? I'll answer that. No. No, they don't.

Wait, if Thompson was in the end zone and fumbled, it shouldn't matter. Once you cross the line, it's a score
