The real problem was the NBA strike, forcing Justin to Europe.I think it was a matter of the fact that he couldn't hit an outside shot, which was the only real standout attribute he had.

Look, Justin is one of my favorite players of all time. In fact, one of the reasons that I like my daughter's name so much (Harper) is because it is the same as his last name. But let's face it, he was not consistently good enough to play in the NBA. Not sure how playing in Europe for part of a year affects that. If he were good enough he would be starring in summer leagues, or dominating the D League. He was able to parlay a tremendous senior year where he hit a lot of open jumpers due to KA's penetration into being drafted and playing 14 games in the NBA. I think that's great, and I wish him continued success. But let's not say that the reason he never stuck was because of the strike or Dwight Howard. The real problem was the NBA strike, forcing Justin to Europe.
