now we know why the decision to burn Kevin Johnson's red shirt was so difficult...what a performance in his first college start!...

from my seat it didn't even look like we changed the offense that much...the big plays looked very much like those Lauletta hit so often...KJ put the ball where it needed to be...

more importantly he gives us a chance at North Dakota next week...

the offensive line kept the Aggies pass rush off of KJ today...if they give him time next week, he demonstrated he can deliver the ball...

Congrats to Kevin on his spectacular debut, the team for its strong performance and the coaching staff for making it happen...

Let's also congratulate the coaching staff for coming up with an incredible game plan for him in just a couple days. Well done by all.

While we are spreading around the compliment s, can we also give a little love to Griff Trau? No one on this board has been more critical of the kicking game over the last couple years than me. But Trau has been spectacular, he's NEVER missed a PAT (how refreshing has that been), and he's 21-24 in field goals this year. Outstanding!
