The team is 10-8 (2-4 A-10). Here's my guesses for the rest of the way:

@ GW - L
@ St. Bona - L
GMU - W
UMASS - W
@ St. Louis - L
Fordham - W
@ Davidson - L
@ VCU - L
GW - L
@ Duquesne - W
Dayton - L
@ GMU - L (at this point the whole team has given up)
@ Atlantic 10 Tournament - L

Finish 14-17 (6-12 A-10)

I see us going 10 -21 2-16. Not as bad as the 4-22 under Slone in the mid 70's, but still awful. Right now our program is a Dumpster Fire. Meanwhile down on Broad Street they are loving our situation and are having a fun time laughing at us!

no - just a little confused.
Where is the team that sent us into overtime.
Bring them back.

I thought about that, but somehow we're going to slip and fall into 1 more away win. So maybe substitute Duquesne and GMU.

Watching the long and skilled players on Providence and Xavier play with such fluidity is downright scary.Polar opposite to our controlled, measured, deliberate game.

Do we need a winning record to get into CBI or CIT?

CIT only open to mid and low majors, and they don't consider A10 a mid-major (despite what some on here think). CBI would take us if multiple teams decline the bid. Not sure if Mooney has the class to decline the bid, too.

We won't participate in a pay for play tourney with 3 seniors and 3 juniors. What's the point?

I think the A-10 administration decided the A-10 would not participate in the CIT, since the CIT said they were including mid-majors and below only.

Now what would be funny is to win out the regular season and get an at-large only to have Mooney turn it down. Saying he thought it was a fake since the fan base said it couldn't happen. Now that would be something...

That would be funny. You taking bets on that happening? Lol

Yes, I am! I pay you 1 dollar if it doesn't happen, you pay me 10 million if it does. But only for winning the next 12 straight not turning down the bid.

So you can see, I'm not so sure we won't win out that I would bet something I don't have. Would you?
