Dropped by the RC to watch the second half of practice. Here are my observations based on 45 minutes.

Fore looked the best of the young guards..faster, quicker shot, good shooter. He should play a lot.
PF was practicing and working hard...had some kind of brace on his knee..did not seem to bother him though.
Gonna have a hard time getting many minutes based on the players ahead of him.

Marshall Wood is going to help this year. Fairly quick for his size.

Everyone will be happy to know DT shot a number of free throws after practice...most went in. His form and released looked better and smoother...maybe just wishful thinking by me.

TA, SD,TJ Cline all looked good as u would expect.

Really impressed with DT and Wood today, as well as the others you mentioned. Thought Julius would be a little more dynamic, but overall I was really excited about the tone and tempo of the practice. They seemed to be riding Jesse for a stretch, perhaps in the hopes that he will be getting some minutes this year. He looked like he still has a long way to go in being comfortable on both offense and defense.

Thanks, PA. Did the freshmen shoot the ball well? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. OSC

The freshmen did not really stand out. By the looks of it they are still learning and probably wouldn't be getting any real playing time if the season started now. Also thought Friendsuh looked like he was getting the plays down, but is still so skinny and unathletic that I can't see him getting anything but garbage time either. Again, overall I was really impressed with the coaches and our returning players.
