Correct 😀They haven't changed any stats on the current guys yet...Burton was also 215 last year. He was 195 as a frosh.
Are you hinting that we should expect to see reports of a little more meat on Dji's bones when they do update?Correct 😀
And, how is his three-point shot looking? If he can add that, look out!Are you hinting that we should expect to see reports of a little more meat on Dji's bones when they do update?![]()
He’s def working…didn’t get a lot in weight room last year due to the wrist but he’s hitting it hard this year & getting bigger. Not Tyler Burton bigger but he’s getting there. 😀Are you hinting that we should expect to see reports of a little more meat on Dji's bones when they do update?![]()
Def working on that too. He’s been on the gun almost daily after workouts, usually goes in late at night to get his 500 makesAnd, how is his three-point shot looking? If he can add that, look out!
Great to hear, I think with his potential, coming off a weird covid year and sounds like still recovering from the injured wrist, I feel like he has a good chance to take a huge leap this year.Def working on that too. Hmmmm . . . this will be a big challenge for the Moon man. Its exactly this that I think its at the core of CM's problems. All our players lose their willingness to go with instincts and think too much. Francis was the exception! Hopefully he paved a path for others and Tyler can follow!Tyler looks REALLY good playing with the pros. Like to see him thinking less and just go with instincts more.

who are you referring to? I don't see this with Grant, or Nick, or Nathan, or Jacob, etc ...All our players lose their willingness to go with instincts and think too much. Francis was the exception!
Yeah, Mooney loves that he rebounds. It's just that his system that he plays our players in is not conducive to being able to rebound effectively unless they have some crazy ridiculous athletic abilities. Also Mooney is not very good at landing those types of players.who are you referring to? I don't see this with Grant, or Nick, or Nathan, or Jacob, etc ...
I agree with 23 that Jacob goes too far sometimes in his deferral, but I don't think that's a Mooney mandate. I think that's Jacob's decision.
this reminds me of when a poster said that Burton rebounds now, but that'll stop when Mooney gets a hold of him. it's a myth. Mooney loves that he rebounds. he just doesn't land guys like Burton often enough.
Well, we might rebound the crap out of it on the defensive end, but we affirmatively don't offensive rebound so we'd still be ranked somewhere between the 315th and 350th in the country in offensive rebounding just like we have been for the past 5 years (and thats as far back as I looked, but I'd be pretty sure we have been outside the Top 300 for longer than that!).if we had 3 Tylers with a 5 and a PG, we'd rebound the crap out of the ball regardless of the system.
