I remember in the early years when I had season tickets behind the bench and a fan sitting behind me ,(prob someone on this board) was razzing Coach Mooney and one of the then lower staff turned around and said( and I'llI'll clean it up)
"Why don't you just shut up?" Anyone remember that besides me?

I do it happened. The guy was a couple of seats over from me and was complaining about something relevant, not vulgar, just something about the game. the comment back was ‘shut the fxxx up.’

My season tickets were behind the bench for years. The incident some of you are recalling involved some young men seated in row 1 right behind the bench and they were not Richmond fans. They were heckling one of our players and Coach Mooney had them removed.

Another word for moron is idiot or fool and may apply to some on this board.
