Not a single one said they were still firm with Richmond. Doesn't mean we can't win them back.
I spoke with 5 and only one indicated they had heard from the staff since the announcement. We had a fantastic class shaping up and need to make this as possible as possible with a quick hire (and of course, the right guy).
