I'm returning the recent Spider Athletic donation request letter with a donation targeted to the Fire Chris Mooney Fund. I've included a message that I would provide my credit card information when Mooney is actually gone.
It only takes a slight level of skill to provide a reasonable response to a question that you don't really want to answer. The absolute worst response is total bs gibberish that everyone knows is nothing more than dishonestly jerking your chain.
At some point, you'd have to think he might get tired of reading and having to respond to these. Has to make the job kind of unpleasant when a significant chunk of your customer market is perpetually pissed off at you.
Do we know that it’s a “significant chunk” of the market, or are you basing that on the relative small number of posters
on this site?
I’m not disagreeing with you, but I am wondering if too much importance is given to this board?
You think he's actually reading and responding? Our donations go to hiring assistants to do this crap.
Not sure how much importance is given to this board, but I can tell you everyone involved with UR Basketball reads it. They always refer to it when they don’t like something, but they read it all. Coaches, players, marketing, AD office, parents, students and donors read it.
You can be assured there are many of us who are dissatisfied with the basketball program but don’t constantly post our frustrations because they aren’t addressed. We can all see now that the decisions are made by King Queally !
