He was a great guy and very good friends with my daughter (she graduated in May). He is missed very much by those who knew him....

Stories like this make me hope we can better figure out how to protect kids who want to play football, or we just don't let them play sports that involve multiple head injuries ...

I have known about the official report for a while now but felt it was not something to post here due to family privacy. There was a lot of speculation when this happened. Glad the truth is out now. We miss him so much. He was a gentle giant. What a wonderful person. I Think about him often.
