No joke, for teams to have to travel to a place to play for what appears to be maybe 20 people, some of whom appear to be the guys wiping the sweat off the floor or otherwise working the event, the games to be broadcast on a $30 site - is this the worst MTE event in college basketball? I understand there are (potentially) worse fields, but most of those appear to be hosted by one of the teams. So you have to figure they can draw more than 20 people for those games. Additionally, a D2 team is the host and not by some master plan, but by necessity to actually make the games happen. The venue holds 7000. Their website has a picture of Caitlin Clark on it.

It was extremely bad when it was theoretical a few weeks ago. Somehow it is even worse in reality.

It’s not only the worst in the country, it’s also BY FAR the worst MTE happening right now in Greater Fort Myers, Florida!

317 announced attendance yesterday, 451 today. Think we can hit 500 tomorrow?
I saw a couple clips UR posted to IG and those numbers seem very suspect. Multiple angles show many sections with zero people, and the good seats at halfcourt with very few people in them. Maybe there was one section that had 400 people in it?

Also, hilariously, the MTE website lists out the sections for each team's fans to purchase their tickets. You know, so you can sit with the other guy from your school. (glad that Sec. 9 was not that guy)

I think I saw that. Picture in RTD today had 2 fans behind the players.

Heard the Richmond staff was in charge of counting attendance.
