Between hosting a playoff football game against our long standing rivals... and hosting a major Out of Conference basketball game, is Saturday December 5, 2015 the greatest day of Spider Sports on campus ever?

If not, what is? Honestly, i wish we were doing a little more to build it up.

I can't wait.

Wouldn't be traveling 1,200 miles one-way northward miles as was done for 1st Tribe game 2 weeks ago if I didn't think so.Thanks to TSA PreCheck.BBall v UNI was part of original plan.Unplanned Spider Playoff football at the Brickhouse adds a ton of flavor to top off the Sundae.Stars are being perfectly aligned for a great Spider Saturday.

has to be the biggest day...hoping the two events will draw a combined 15k fans...

a great example of how important successful D1 sports can be to the University...

anyone know how the football tickets are selling? historically we have not drawn well in the first round of the Playoffs at City Stadium, or The Brick House, but this is not Thanksgiving weekend and we're playing the Indians...hoping for a good turnout..

Go Spiders!

Nothing will ever top the Great Panty Raid of 1984, when UR beat Auburn in the NCAA tournament. Now that was a sporting event. Bar none.

Well the night we won the National Championship game, we had a very good Wake Forest team in the RC playing at the same time. But obviously they weren't both on campus.

will say and some will think silly but the nit game with maryland at the RC, the first ever appearance of the SPIDS in the postseason, was amazingly special
