Have never liked Grace and knew anything that looked like improvement on his game this season was a mirage.
I hate the way we don't play defense. Golden hedges all the way out to the point then gets back late, easy basket.

Its like they dont even give a shit. Simple disgusting watching this team play D. If Mooney isnt embarrassed by the D he has no pride.
I think Hofstra is surprised at how little they're being defended they don't know what to do.
Defense is "want to" and we just don't want to. We'd rather just run our offense.
Can’t get over Cayo’s foul shooting form…how does that even happen?
Credit to the guys for not giving up. Our defense is still not good, but at least Hofstra has cooled off.
The female official is one of the most competent refs I’ve seen come into the robbins center. Better than the majority of the zebras I have seen.

This crowd is a gnat’s ass from storming the court after beating Hofstra!
If we could just play Hofstra at home 26 more times.

😂 told my buddy the same thing. If we could just play helpless, crappy teams like Hofstra and Georgia State 30 times a year we would be ok.
Way to turn it around, guys. Held Hofstra to 35.7% in the second half…combination of improved D and Hofstra cooling off. That was the key.
I'll take the win, but it's going to be hard to win against good teams playing defense like we do. Need Mooney to coach em up!
Great come back and adjustments by the team. We completely kick their butts in the 2nd half. Great defense and offense with contributions from a lot of players. They are a good team and this was very good win for the Spiders.
The collective team crawled from the abyss tonight ... but just to be blunt IMO we should all be focusing on Tyler and his fabulous 1st five games. We lucked out not falling behind during the 3 min stretch from 12 to 9 or so in 2nd half when he was out for too long. It’s his team and getting him the ball and the right opps makes or breaks the rest of our season.
Tale of two halves. Our defense was terrible in the first half. Looks like we corrected some rotations in the 2nd half and started hitting 3s.
