Hampton vs US on TV

Well Hampton is top notch with tech. Even live stats are stuck at 11:55 left in second half (Game has just over 4 min left).

I am dying to know whether the Virginia Birth Father Registry has heard from even one potential father through its two years of advertising at Spider basketball games and on the radio. My money is on "no." They've probably spent $30,000 trying.

Glad Mooney finally got the injured Gilyard out of the blowout game

As noted much better play in second half. Nice to win comfortably without 2 starters. Great guard play and lowest turnover total for this year. Unfortunately, we did not see any post play development by either Sal or Tyler. I guess too much excitement to control leading to fouls. A marginal uptick in experience is the way to look at the half full glass I suppose.

Yeah, there's something to it...

Just glancing at the box score this morning - Jacob played an incredible game. 18 points, 4 rebounds, 10 assists, 4 steals, no turnovers. He is playing at an A10 player of the year level right now.

What if the three of them have the best season in A10 history. Could we have a first, Tri-Players of the Year?????? This is just for discussion sake.

What if a million dollars falls from the sky and lands directly in my bank account?

I think things will work themselves out during the course of the season. It's only December.

just yesterday I praised ESPN+. my bad.
if I saw Bob and Beck today I'd give them a big hug. that feed and commentary drained most of the enjoyment out of a Spider win. brutal. my wife claims she had nightmares last night and the bad guy had that announcers voice.

yes, with our starting front court out we can look rough at times. but man, our shooters can score. get Grant and Nathan back to give us the inside outside balance and we're really strong.

Gilly - yeah, he's about perfect.
Nick - defensive foot speed an issue but he's a pleasure on the offensive end.
Blake - still cringe on some of his inside decisions when the kick is there, but he can fill it up and works his tail off on defense too.
Tyler - great energy as always. the rest will come.
Sal - missed opportunity last night. turnovers and fouls. good fight on the offensive boards though.
Goose - just needs to improve shooting. gets the the rim and defends. will need to hit shots though.
Woj - never expected him to have trouble hitting shots. still confident he'll find it. does other stuff well.
Matt - he's not Grant and he's not a rim protector. guys hit shots over him last night. and he's got to finish the bunnies. but he's offensively solid on the perimeter with his handle, his passing, and his pick and pops/rolls. he's got great form from 3 and the line.
