GG didn't quit. He's just not effective with one hand. Plenty of other issues to pick on other that GG's injury.

Grant didn’t quit...he has the exact same injury that Dji had going into his Sr. yr & it ended his AAU career. It required 3 screws and is a lot more serious than you would think. The only difference was that Dji’s was on his shooting hand. Kudos for Grant even trying to play with it.
I am pretty down on this team and have been critical of Grant. But I blame Mooney 100% for everything. Saying Grant quit under these circumstances really isn’t fair. We have no idea if he even asked out much less how painful his injury is etc.
I wouldn't pin this on Golden either. He tried. Mooney did indicate that he keep him out in the second half partially because he liked Grace matching up on funk better, too.
