I'm almost 100% sure you can never talk about recruits including transfers until they're committed. Noah should know that.

I wish he asked a more general question about whether Mooney himself has been able spend time talking with players in the transfer portal while still playing in the post season. we wouldn't get any details but maybe a feel.

I thought Mooney handled everything in that interview well.

Coach was actually pretty clear that Blake was really hurting and really was a game time decision. Blake is still very sore and is still struggling. He may play some, but it won't be much. It sounds like a deep bone bruise/ hip pointer. It also sounds like he probably can't reinjure it, unlike Golden's finger. These injuries can be very debilitating. They make special shorts with padding to protect against these types of injuries. He is very fortunate that he did not break any bones or tear muscle away from his hip.

It's definitely illegal, and Mooney could go to federal prison for talking about it. So good job to Noah trying to get him to do that.

Our program would find a way to let him coach from there, as long as his jumpsuit didn't have any Spider logos.
