No Rick, I'd say we were arrogant. You might be envious but you don't speak for me. Too many people on this board are way too caught up in what VCU is doing/done. I couldn't care less. My guess is that billboard has as much to do with letting passersby know that Virginia Commonwealth University is in Richmond because they just aren't relevant outside of their own little world and a few Spider fans who appear to be obsessed with Rams.

VCU must own that billboard. Always had something on it for the past 6-7 years. Since we're not next to a major freeway, a billboard on Patterson Ave. doesn't have the same impact.
