#7 ranking is giving a lot of credit to the UVA win. Again, we could be in a lot worse spots than we are. Need to take advantage, especially with Colgate being ranked. Nice OOC schedule for the 3 games

That ranking is too high. IMHO, NDSU could be ranked in the FBS top 15. They should receive a bowl invite this year and save us the trouble.

Robins Stadium's 8700 is too small for FBS. I don"t know what the FBS requirement is for seating capacity.

I would think spinner is talking about NDSU. If so I would think it is the right direction for them.

There is no convenient FBS league for NDSU to join. The closest MAC team (NIU) is 500 miles away; Buffalo is 917. That's way too far for a team that buses in almost every sport but football.

There are more sports than FB to consider. They are fine geographically and competitively where they are.

I understand the sentiment. I vote in the AGS poll and, honestly, it was harder to drop us much further than 9, where i had us. There's not a lot of teams out there without major blemishes.

don't care about ranking at this point...if we can straighten out our problems on the field the ranking will take care of itself...

as always enjoyed listening to Rocco talk about the game...finding humor is difficult after such a terrible loss, but laughed out loud when he said something like "the bulls eye is no longer on our backs" when questioned about getting every opponents best shot...

until witnessed otherwise, I'm trusting Coach Rocco, his staff and the players to help us forget Stony Brook with a hard earned win over a tough Colgate team...
