Cinderella?

Northern Iowa got 2 votes (UR “won” with 5 of I think 17 votes) and the Spiders have them on the schedule, so that will be a nice gauge.

After reading the article, it seems like Western Kentucky is a good dark horse to me. The point on UR in the article is should Richmond even count as a Cinderella. Can’t wait for the season to start, but know it is going to be a strange one.

I don't subscribe to The Athletic, so thank you for breaking it down lol

16 voters, Richmond got 5. The question was worded as "Which mid- or low-major team do you think will win two games in the NCAA Tournament?"

Obviously they excluded Gonzaga.

Loyola-Chicago was 2nd with 3 votes, UNI got 2. Dayton and St. Louis also received a vote, so we've got a few of them on our schedule.

They quoted 10 of the 16 voters about their selection - weirdly, the 6 who were not quoted were 1 for 23's second favorite team (SDSU), 1 for St. Louis, and 4 of the 5 who voted for the Spiders.
