The guy at the Robins Center ticket office told me ALL seats for Wednesdays and Thursdays games are General Admission... Is that true? Always been like that??

General admission as in open seating? That isn't true. And general admission also wouldn't be true in any other aspect since there are suite tickets available for the tournament those days.

What other kind of General Admission is there? He specifically said for Wed and Thurs games only ... Cuz I called him out on that and that's what he said. The suites might be handled differently

I don't know, but he very much misinformed you on that. I have my tickets in my hand right now and they contain section, row, and seat numbers.

Mine do too. And he specifically said that. Maybe it's for single session tickets only?????

Maybe the guy you talked to thought general admission meant everybody can go into the stadium at the same time? Or anybody in the general public can buy a ticket? Lol. I'm just guessing but I have no idea. Or maybe if you buy tickets through Richmond they have a block of tickets so when you show up they just hand you one so its general admission in their section

Last year in Pitt, it was very liberal with seating during early rounds. You have an assigned seat, but could freely move within the bowl. I imagine it'll be similar. You'll have a seat # but be able to sit wherever you wish for Thursday/Friday.

By the way, originally there were general admission tickets call “zonies” in section LWR.

Yes they didn’t care if you moved down to good seats. They didn’t want the lower bowl to look empty (which it was) on TV.

... Just got a call from the UR ticket office saying that NOW the venue is no longer general admission for tomorrow and we have to sit in our seats... Funny.

1st round games today are general admission, not Thursday or later rounds. That was disclosed on ticket and A10 sites. But agree that as the days go by, you can certainly move around without issues.

What the heck is CUSA doing for their tournament, at the Star. Two courts with games at same time??

I haven't seen any reports on how this worked in reality, but an interesting idea in concept. C-USA is holding its men's and women's tournaments simultaneously in the same location.

First round and quarterfinals were played two games at a time (actually staggered by 30 min) in order to fit in 8 games per day...women in the early slot and men in the evening. Now that they're down to the semis, they go back to four individual games today...again women early and men in the evening. Doubleheader championship games tomorrow.
