@ Bona

No adjustment. We’re simply passing around the perimeter hoping some else will shoot. Watching the season sink

You mean our 5’8” guards can’t shoot over 6’5” athletic defenders. Isn’t there a play for that called a screen.
No, it's more like our 5'8" guards get driven inside where we're getting no backside help and it's a layup line. That and we're not challenging the 3.

Other team makes it a point to take out Golden and the only player who looks like he gives a damn today is the freshman. Not a great effort today from this team that had finally looked to be on the right side of the bubble.

Incredibly disappointed with the effort and results today. We had everything in front of us and fell on our faces against a team that starts all freshmen and sophomores. Pathetic.

Gilyard and Francis might be great but you can’t have two guards who can’t get a shot off against 6’ 3-5” athletic defenders. They also can’t impact the same taller guard’s jump shot. How can Schmidt recruit the players he gets to nowhere NY and Mooney cant.

They made it interesting at the end (Blake had a couple of clutch 3s), but it was a bridge too far.

You guys are over reacting. We shoot 39% and only lost by 4 on the road against a team that has only lost once when Osunniyi plays in a game. We miss a lot of open shoots and free throws. If we win our next 4 we are good to go.

I also think if we shoot well we can beat any A10 Team including Dayton if all 5 starters are healthy.

Well we’re going to have to if we want to make the NCAA.

I didn’t get to see the game at all, or hear it. By looking at the final stat line, if we have Blake shooting 22 shots and scoring 23 points, we aren’t going to win. It’s a recipe for disaster to only have one guy chucking up all the shots.

doesn’t matter if we have 5 starters if one guy takes all the shots.

Agree. Need to win the next 4 and we should be right back where we were coming to tonight. Any teams that might pass us tonight will likely lose down the stretch. So, let's get to 14-4 and 24-7 and carry that momentum into the conference tourney.

Hey when you have open 3s and you suppose to have good shooters and miss, it
is called “not your night”. There were also some ticky tac calls at bad times. I agree
it would be nice to have a 6’4 Gonzo guard. This team though did not give up and
that is the sign of a good team who just had a bad shooting night.

What happened to Nathan and Nick? ESPN doesn’t have the minutes distribution up yet.
