If we don't move on from Mooney, we should really go to the SoCon. Looks like a good time and a place where we might be able to earn a Bid on occasion.

Paying a coach more money doesn’t make him a better coach.

Recruiting high level players that don’t commit to your program is not effective recruiting.

The facts are the current coaching staff is not a top tier A10 staff. If you want to keep the staff, the only way they are going to be successful is to put them on a lower level conference. It also saves the school money.

If the goal is to win the A10 conference, the coach and staff have to change.

If the goal is to finish in the middle of the conference and overpay your coach, no changes needed, which is what UR has done for at least the last 5 years.

It really is that simple.
