Yes I want to see 3 guards not afraid shooters and TJ and Mr Block the Shot .. This is best . No excuses . No maybe we try later but firdt we must do offense defense and sit if we dont run to that spit and make that pass right away like hot potato and do magic things that give playing time . It is like putting change in the pocket with a hoke .. Always losing

are you saying a walk-on who's been on the team for 4 years shouldn't play over a scholarship freshman even if that walk-on is currently the better player?
Not sure how you got that question from my post, the coach should play the player who is playing best.
The point is if a walk-on is playing better than multiple recruited scholarship players, it might be time to question the quality of our recruits. We have way too many misses in the past few years from a percentage standpoint. Perhaps it's too early to call call this year's freshmen "misses", but this year certainly was one full of opportunity for a freshman to grab playing minutes and what I saw was minutes played by a walk-on and the scoring challenged. Good-good for Moran, his efforts were rewarded. Certainly looks like the upcoming recruits will have more of an impact. If so, where does that leave our sophs?

I think CM likes Julius and I think he can play. His defense is respectable, he needs some confidence/seasoning when he has the ball on O.

JP seemed to be a guy who had flashes and I think he didn't play due to some kind of off court thing. I expect he will be back and playing.

Paul is a huge question mark but I think he gets time due to lack of depth alone. Hope the skill is there too.

It feels like these guys are much more capable than prior year recruits (Smithen, Dievkoss, etc.).

You could have pulled a couple kids off the local Y team and they would be better than Diekvoss and Smithen.
