Stumbled across this interesting story in his home town Kill Devil Hills NC.

He was a very popular back up QB for the Spiders who apparently did everything, but play QB. I remember Huesman praising his non playing contributions and mentioning he was very popular with his teammates.

Now, he’s still playing! Good luck to him!

Great find, I seem to recall him speaking in Spanish to help some of the staff feel comfortable and they truly appreciated it.

Thanks for passing this along. I actually told some fishing buddies from outer banks about Braxton playing for Spiders and coming from First Flight HS. I bragged about him hanging around for what I thought was an extra year to be the holder for XP and FG attempts.

Great to see he is still playing and to know he is still such a give back person in life (it is not surprising why his teammates liked him so much).
